Dashboard Basics

Welcome to your Dashboard

When you logged in successfully, you will be taken to the dashboard. This is where you go to access your bots, integrations, billing and more.

Workspace Name

You will see your Workspace name on top left. Your name on top right.

Workspace name refers to your company's name or name of a project/team while Name is the name/alias of a person.

By default, Workspace name is created with your first name. You can change this by going to "Workspace settings' tab on the left hand side.

Bots

Currently, iChat Labs have 17 types of channels. Though we actively support the below mentioned channels Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google and webchat. If you have other requirements, you can get in touch with us and we will help you out.

Analytics

Check analysis data here. You can click the "Last 30 days" dropdown list to adjust the period.

Template Store

Template store lists all publicly shared templates across the system. All our users can publish their templates and install others' templates here.

Integrations

Here is where you manage all your integrations including your phone numbers, installed mini-apps, and other third-party services.

Mini-Apps

Consider Mini-apps as a pre-built bridge between iChat Lab and other 3rd party tools that makes the integration and action between the systems a breeze.

Mini-Apps store lists all publicly shared mini-apps across the system. All our users can publish their templates and install others' mini-apps here.

Ecommerce

Ecommerce section is for managing an e-commerce system for the whole workspace. Your products information can be used across all channels and all chatbots. Also, orders from any channel any chatbot will be listed here.

My Contents

In "Contents", you can manage all the templates, mini-apps and email templates that created by you.

Workspace Settings

Workspace settings allow you to edit workspace profiles, manage all the members in your workspace as well as the channels settings.

Billing

The "Billing" page is where you manage your subscription. You will see your current subscription status and a usage rate bar here.
